Protecting Young Participants
Participants under 18 may only register with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must remain reachable throughout the journey and may withdraw the participant at any time.
Code of Conduct
All judges, mentors, volunteers and staff agree to a code of conduct that prohibits any form of abuse, harassment or exploitation, and requires appropriate supervision of minors at all times.
Reporting a Concern
Anyone who has a safeguarding concern — a participant, parent, guardian or member of the public — is encouraged to report it immediately through our contact page so it can be addressed without delay. /contact

This policy is reviewed regularly to keep pace with best practice in protecting young people and vulnerable participants.
